Clark County v. V. W. is a landmark case that deals with the constitutionality of the court’s right to hold a defendant in contempt of court for failing to comply with discovery orders.
The case is over and done with, and we’re pretty sure V. W. is not going to be found in contempt of court for failure to comply with Discovery. Because if he doesn’t, he’s going to be found in contempt of court for failure to pay the ordered discovery.
