I have been a fan of eric o’shea for a while now. His newest book, The Art of Cooking is a fantastic book that not only discusses the art of cooking but the science behind it. As a food lover and chef, I am always on the lookout for new ways to improve my kitchen and cook. I was lucky enough to get a copy of his newest book, and I am glad that I did.
