I was introduced to The Three Levels of Self-Awareness during a recent interview with a local chef. She was talking about the philosophy of food, and I was curious if she had ever made anything similar to this. She said she has.
Well, I guess you could call it a philosophy of food. I think it’s about eating and cooking. She explains that her philosophy is all about keeping it simple. She doesn’t really want to have to cook for herself, so she just wants to cook meals that she always makes for her friends.
People often ask what’s the difference between making a meal and cooking it. Well, with a philosophy of food, cooking is the art of making a meal that looks beautiful and tastes good. Cooking is a process that takes time, and can even take a lot of effort. Its not something where you just do it. You have to be smart, and you have to be disciplined. That’s the opposite of what we usually think of when we think of cooking.
Cooking is a great idea, but if you’re going to really cook you need to have some self-awareness and self-control. You need to do what you are going to do, and you need to keep track of your mistakes. This isn’t the easiest thing to do, but it’s one of the most rewarding.
We love to cook, and we love to cook for each other, but sometimes this takes a lot of effort. We love to make dinner and spend time with each other, but this requires self-awareness. We need to know how to cook, and we need to put some thought into how we do things. When someone cooks for us, it is not just a pleasure, it is a pleasure in and of itself.
You know what makes us feel great, is a bowl of soup and a plate of fresh homemade bread, topped with a few slices of butter and a few slices of cheese. But this isnt easy. We are creatures who always need to know what to do, and if we have a couple of weeks to prepare a meal, its hard to keep up.
Yes, but the question is, is the cooking process more difficult because we don’t have time to prepare a meal, or is it easier because we don’t have time to cook? We could argue the latter. It’s not like there’s a shortage of food. This is the same argument we hear for having children.
We could argue the same for having kids, too. Its easy to spend the next several months working full-time, and then once you’re done, you don’t have anything to do. And kids are the same way. You never have time to plan a meal, and the minute they get here, they’re all over you.
This is not to say that you need to be a food giver. Sure, it can be hard, but you don’t have to be a food giver, just a person who makes sure you dont have to cook.
This is a problem that many women have, and one that many fathers have as well. The truth of the matter is that many fathers don’t have the time to cook, and that is one of the reasons that some of the children of these fathers are malnourished.
