This past week, I had the opportunity to interview Frank Scaglione, co-founder of the company called Mindful Living Systems (MBS), a company that focuses on assisting people with sleep disorders and stress. I had the opportunity to listen to his story about his journey with sleep and stress, as well as to ask him some questions about all things mindfulness.
Frank Scaglione has over 15 years experience with the stress and sleep disorders field, and over the last decade has focused on a number of different areas related to sleep and stress. This includes working for some of the biggest names in the industry such as Sleep Number and Compleat. Frank’s experience in this area has been through both the academic and the clinical levels.
Frank is a natural storyteller and has a great ability to connect with people on a personal level. His experience with the stress and sleep disorders field was through both the academic and the clinical levels. He has a B.S. in Psychology, and a M.S. in Psychology, with a minor in Neuroscience.
