I got to meet @jamesgumbert a few weeks ago at an event dedicated to his work. He is a very engaging guy who clearly loves the geek world, which I guess is a good thing. The one thing I found interesting during our meeting was how different he is from other self-awareness experts. I asked if he had any advice for people who are struggling with self-awareness, and he said, “Just get out of the house. Go to a monastery.
I’ve heard jamesgumbert say this once before, but I still don’t really get it. I’m sure he’d like to live with the knowledge that he’s a freak of nature who is able to beat the odds, but for him that’s not really a big deal.
I think you may have to go to a monastery to get your mind and body to calm down. I just don’t think the mind and body are in sync anymore. If we didn’t have the internet to keep us in touch, I think we’d need to get a new cell phone to talk to our friends.
I think that the mind and body have to come in sync. We’ve become so used to our bodies being the center of our existence that we forget that our mind is also part of the outside world. I think it is very important for us to remember that. If we are too stressed or too busy to remember that we are in control, then we are not in control and we are in danger. If you are too busy to think about your health, then you are not healthy.
There is a reason why we put a lot of time into our health. We are constantly in danger of heart attacks, diseases, and infections. We spend a lot of our time worrying about how we look, how young we are, and even how we smell. We should focus that energy on how we feel, how we look, and how we smell. I think this is a very important skill to master.
James Gumbert’s most prominent trait is that he is a pretty good, very strong, and very healthy guy. He’s a man on a mission for a living. He takes care of his body, and if he’s not doing that then he’s not happy. So the next time someone asks you to do something, think about how you feel and how you look.
You don’t have to look like the guy who lives in the apartment next door. You can be anyone. But you can also be an ugly man from the third floor of an apartment building. If you want to be a woman, just make sure you don’t look like a woman who lives in the second floor of the building. If you want to be a man, just make sure you don’t look like a man who lives in the first floor of a building.
