This week I am sharing a video interview with karen mendoza, one of the greatest minds in the world of psychology and spirituality. The video is titled, “How to Think Like a Psychic”, and I think it is going to be a very informative and enlightening talk. I am in the process of trying to explain how thinking about your own thoughts can be helpful in your psychotherapy and meditation.

This is a very nice video by karen mendoza about how to think like a psychic. I think it is a great way to start your day and will definitely add a few more to the growing list of mental health resources that are out there.
I also like this kind of meditation, as I have been doing it for a few years and it does have great results. When you are doing it, you can’t see the thoughts or feelings that are going on, so you have to think yourself into a certain mindset to be able to “see” what is going on. It’s more like a conversation than just sitting around and thinking.
It’s a nice way to make your mind more flexible and open for thinking. I have been doing a lot of meditation lately and it has really made me more aware of my thoughts.
Karen is an author and yoga teacher who lives in Seattle. She got her certification in yoga through an online course. She is also a podcaster who has spoken at events at the University of Washington, the International Association of Yoga Teachers, and a few other places. She also regularly blogs.
Karen writes a lot about how meditation helps people with PTSD, panic attacks, migraines, and other anxiety disorders. She has a new book out, Yoga for Panic Attack Relief, with some great advice. She also has a great podcast out on the subject called “Karen’s Yoga”. She is also a very involved community member who has been doing a lot of work on the subject of meditation for PTSD. Karen’s an awesome person and I’m glad she’s an awesome person. She also happens to be an awesome writer, and has written a lot about meditation and mental health. We have a lot in common. I am grateful to have a community of people I can talk to about these topics.
