I was in the mood for a pasta dish that I could make at home and not have to drive to the store. Then it hit me. The idea of making spaghetti with nuggets of fresh mozzarella and chopped tomatoes, herbs and herbs, pasta and veggies. These ingredients are already in my pantry, so it was not hard to find the ingredients for this dish.
We were able to find all of the ingredients for this dish at our local grocery, but only because there are a few items that we had to buy and cannot find on our own. This is the first time we’ve had this happen, and it will have to go on for a few more meals.

nv asa is actually nv asa. You can usually find it in most Middle Eastern grocery stores and it’s actually a combination of tahini, onion, garlic, and cilantro. I actually think this is one of the best ways to use that ingredient because it adds a rich depth and flavor to the dish. I think you can also add a few spoons of cream of tahini to the last bit of cooking, but I’m not 100% sure.
The recipe also has a few other ingredients that you can add to make a great first course even more amazing. You can use the tahini to add a subtle sweetness and the onion for a more savory aspect, as well as the cilantro for a slightly spicy kick.
I’m not sure I would call it a first course, but it’s a good option for a quick snack when you’re bored. I like to have a few bits of this and that to dip into, and this recipe is one of them. It’s also a good option for use in a salad with some grilled veggies.
