For the last 3 years, I have had to fight a lot with my company to get them to give me the proper documentation to participate in their 401(k) plan. They have a pretty good system for it, but they won’t let me do it without all of the documents they need to make me a participant. This really pisses me off, and I would love to have the same opportunities as others to contribute to my 401(k) plan.
If you’re not careful, you could end up like this guy. The company that I work for is the same kind of company that lets its employees participate in their 401k plan so long as they meet some minimum standards. Not all companies are the same though, so while I would love to have the same options that the company I work for provides, I know that it’s not realistic.
In fact, most people aren’t going to participate in their 401k plan. If youre not a participant, you’re not even allowed to have a 401k at all. Because when you participate, you have to contribute an amount to your 401k plan equal to the amount you are contributing to your company’s plan. You can participate in your company’s 401k plan, but you can’t contribute to it.
The problem is that in order to participate in a 401k, you have to provide your employer with a form that takes a couple of minutes to fill out, then you have to sign the form without reading it. That means you cant actually participate in your companys 401k plan. The same goes for social security. The form requires you to fill out a long form, then you have to sign the form and return it to the company as well.
The good news is that if you sign up for a 401k or a social security, you can contribute to them. The bad news is that you have to fill out a long form, then you have to sign it, then you have to return it to the company. The long form is basically a bunch of nonsense that is basically useless. The only thing it is doing is making it harder for your company to get the money you should be contributing to their 401k/social security.
And it’s not just useless. It’s hard to understand and to know what to do. It’s also hard for your company to get the money you shouldn’t be getting.
Sure, you can just give your company a bunch of numbers and hope they don’t think they should get a Social Security number, but if you can’t figure out how to do it yourself (and even if you can) then you probably shouldn’t be giving out your SS# number.
Social Security Numbers are actually a pretty good idea. They are free (as in beer) and you can get them at any social security office. But if you can’t figure it out yourself. You should probably just give them a number.
The problem is you are required to give out your SS number in order to get your retirement benefits. It is also required for people to get a driver’s license. In Canada and the United States, the SS number is only required for the purpose of applying for a job. In other countries, though, there’s nothing stopping you from getting your SS number on your own. In other countries, SS numbers are often used to buy anything from credit cards to insurance.
It’s always good to get your SS number to get your benefits. It’s a good way to find out if you’re eligible for them. In the US, for instance, theres nothing preventing you from getting a job without having to give out your SS number. It’s also a good way to find out if you’re entitled to the SS-pay that comes with a drivers license.
