Stowell Crayk and Bown has been a favorite of mine for a long time. The combination of the crunch of cayenne, the savory bite of chile, and the freshness of the tomatoes with the sweetness of the berry gives this soup a very special flavor. I can’t say enough about the flavor of this soup. It is so good without the addition of the cheese.

The flavors in the soup are not overpowering. There are just so many of them. They are all there but it is all wrapped up in a very delicious package. From the cheese to the bell peppers and chile, this soup is delicious.
The combination of all the flavors in this soup is perfect. The cheese is the main contributor to the heat and the heat from the chile is there as well but the heat from the peppers and cheese is so much more than just the heat of the cheese and chile. This is just amazing.
The chile. As a general rule chiles don’t really have much heat. But this is not an exception. They are spicy and they add a little heat to the overall richness of the soup. The bell peppers add a lot of flavor and crunch to the soup. They add a bit of a kick to the overall flavor of the soup but not at the expense of the other flavors.
The bell peppers are the star ingredient of this soup. They are just the most important. Their flavor really stands out in the flavor of this soup. I mean, you can have a very strong pepper soup and still not have a lot of pepper flavor in it.
