This tuluksak is a dish with amazing flavors that I never tire of. It’s a dish with a great base of shredded coconut, dried coconut flour, shredded potatoes, sauteeing onions and garlic, a bit of cheese, and a touch of curry powder. There are actually three types of tuluksaks, which I will explain further in the recipe below.
The first one, which is the base, is a traditional tuluksak dish made with shredded potatoes and shredded coconut. The second one is a different kind of tuluksak, which is shredded potatoes, shredded coconut, and a bit of cilantro. The last one is a homemade dish with a different base, which is shredded potatoes, shredded coconut, and a bit of red pepper flakes.
The tuluksaks are made by melting shredded potatoes and shredded coconut together and mixing them with cilantro and chili powder. Although this type of tuluksak is a bit spicy and spicy, it is still pretty mild in flavor. They are probably the least spicy of all three, and they are the easiest to make.

A word of caution though, there are some things you don’t need for your recipe, like red pepper flakes, because they are not really necessary for the recipe.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a recipe that did not include a little of either red pepper or coconut milk, which I have no idea how they’re even supposed to work. But I have no doubt that the recipe in the video is the best one, and that anyone who tries it will think so too.
I think the fact that it is a coconut recipe is a bit of a giveaway that its not a new idea, but it might just be a typo on the recipe site. Ive had recipes that were a little fussy and had a bit of a “cheesy” flavor, but Ive never had a recipe that was not just as good as the one in the video.
tuluksak is pretty much what you would think it would be. It is a Thai coconut milk based curry. I tried the recipe last night and it was actually quite good. I did have a bit of curry paste that was a bit stronger than it should have been which might not be what you want, but for $5 it was ok. This recipe also contains a bit of coconut milk, so I think its probably ok for you too.
